Tell us, please. Every answer in CDL Prep cites the handbook section it came from, precisely so this is checkable. If a citation does not support the answer, that is a defect and we want to fix it. Send the question text and your state and we will re-check it against the source.
Purchases are permanent and tied to your store account, not to a login we hold. On a new device, open the unlock screen and tap Restore purchases. If the store is slow to answer, the button reports that rather than failing silently — try again on a better connection.
If a restore genuinely does not work, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
Your study record lives on your device only. That means it survives an app update but not uninstalling the app, and it does not sync between devices. There is no server holding a copy, so we cannot recover it — which is the same reason we never receive it.
The free version is supported by ads. Buying the All Endorsements bundle removes them completely. On iOS you are asked about tracking before any personalised advertising happens; declining is fine and changes nothing else about the app.
The app respects your system text size and color scheme, and every control meets a 44 pt minimum touch target. If something is hard to read or hard to hit, tell us — the app is used in cabs and yards, often in daylight, and we would rather know.
